"Warm, stylish, with adjustable straps!" 10/26/12
I bought these to go snowboarding/skiing in New Mexico. I haven't actually worn them yet, but from a stylistic viewpoint, they're great! I'm 5'2", 135 lbs. I play a sport that gets me big quads and calves, and the small fits me pretty well. It's a little snug, but the adjustable straps make it easy to accommodate. North Face always makes pretty warm, durable stuff, but I can't really say anything on those matters, yet!Btw, they flare in a big way at the bottom instead of straight down, which is great for ski/snow boots. The picture is a little deceiving.
"Cute & functional" 01/11/12
I got these to integrate with my TNF triclimate jacket. I have an athletic build, which translates larger thighs and rear relative to my overall pant size of 2. So finding something that fits in the waist and the other parts is sometimes a challenge. These are perfect! I can velcro the waist tighter and still have room where needed. I'm anxious for the snow to come so I can get out and make the inaugural run wearing these pants. I'm 5' 4" and 125lbs with a 26 waist and ordered a small / regular length.
"perfect pants for teeny girls with long legs!" 01/07/12
I'm 5'5", 110 pounds, have a teeny waist and a 32 inch inseam. The semi-annual frantic search for pants that were long enough, didn't fall down, and were flattering ended here. These are amazing! I got the extra small long and they fit like a dream. They are the perfect length, I can use the adjustable tabs on the waist to tighten it a bit, and the tapering at the knees and slim leg didn't drown me in loose, bulky fabric. Even though they are a slim fit, they were not restricting, especially when I snowboarded later in the day. I would reccomend these to anyone!
"Great product, great look!" 12/26/11
I bought these for my fiancee for a Christmas gift. We are going skiing on our honeymoon, and she has no snow gear. As most girls are conscious of how things look on them, she loved the way the pant legs slimmed in the middle and flared back out at the bottom. She is 5'3" and weighs 110 lbs. She was very pleased with the look, comfort, and design. They fit great and I was told "you did good baby"!
"The perfect pant for fat bottom girls" 12/18/11
Let me preface by saying it's been really hard for me to find pants for snowboarding. Im 5'2, 125lbs, with a very large bottom & it's impossible for me to find pants that fit comfortably, look hot, & allow me the freedom to move on the slopes. Well, I've finally found them! Not only do these babies allow me to move as freely as I need but they look good! There are velcro fasteners on the side which allows tightening of the waist. These pants easily go over your booty then tighten at the waist to eliminate frumpiness. M fits me perfectly. There are side zippers for ventilation & a fairly useless front pocket. These aren't as warm as I hoped however, that's what base layers were created for.
