"Best Knife I have seen" 12/18/12

This knife is pretty basic with just a well designed blade, pliers, bottle opener and screwdrivers but it has everything most people need. I use this knife everyday for all sorts of tasks and as it is so small and lightweight and I can always bring it with me. I have a bigger multi-tool which I don't use very often because I end up bringing this instead. The bottom line is that while this doesn't have a lot the stuff it has is what you need it and it all works really well. The knife is incredibly sharp, the screwdriver works well and the pliers are excellent. Great everyday knife.

"Lost One Bought Another" 12/08/12

This is the one and only blade I carry. The pliers and screwdrivers work great, and the blade is almost too damn sharp. Seriously, I cut myself twice despite having collected and used knives my entire life. By some additional driver tips from Leatherman to really set this over the top, and leave the heavier multi-tools at home.

"A knife + a multitool" 08/23/12

The skeletool is basically a knife + a multitool. The knife is so awesome that I feel like I should mention it separately. I used to have a smaller leatherman and mostly used the knife and the screwdriver. The skeletool has both these tools in a much nicer package. The pliers and the wire cutters are really nice too. I picked up the skeletool CX and was really impressed how much lighter it was than this version. I still went with the normal version of the skeletool to save a few bucks.You will love this.

"the number one best multitool" 12/14/11

this is hands down the best multitool i have ever owned!!! i use it for work and recreation it does everything i need it to do. the knife is extremely sharp and the pliers are smooth and dot stick. it is very solid unlike a lot of the other multitools. but my favorite feature is the bottle opener by far. i suggest this tool over any other

"The only leatherman that will actually get carried and used." 11/29/11

I have owned this bad boy for about 4 years. Well I dropped my first one in a marsh on the TX coast while doing fieldwork, but whatever! I bought another! I actually carry this thing, it is comfortable in your pocket and has tools that you'll actually use. (I have never had to file my nails or saw a tree with a multi-tool). The blade isn't the greatest at holding an edge, but it's still my favorite leatherman.

"Sweet" 10/23/11

I purchaced this leatherman with the thoughts of not needing all the amazing tools they can pack into this kind of contraption, but just the essentials. It is a little small for my large hands but perfect tool for my girlfriend when we are hiking. Love the look and leatherman can speak for itself on reliability. Nice light wieght dependable.

"Great of EDC, not for the tough stuff." 10/05/11

This Leatherman had all the stuff I seemed to use the most, in a light, streamlined package. The form makes it great for the pocket, not as great in the hand.Love the interchangeable bit driver, haven't lost the spare yet. The knife is uber sharp, and the serrated portion is great for cutting cord and light saw work. The wrench isn't viable for real torque-demanding duty, but not a big deal for every-day-carry.I would also recommend this one over the CX version. It weighs the same, has the same function, has only slight less high quality steel in the blade. The CX only really offers a little bit carbon-fiber, and a black finish that will wear off.

"Solid and quality!" 05/12/11

I was given this as a birthday present not even knowing what a Leatherman was. I quickly found that it was a smooth, quality knife. The 25 year guarantee is well justified. I reckon this will last me twice that if I look after it. Nice job Leatherman!

"A great Christmas present." 04/12/11

My sister bought me the skeletool for Christmas, there is hardly a day I don't use it. The piece is quite popular among my friends and family members (I think the bottle opener gets the most use). The skeletool is light, compact, and pretty sweet looking. A big upgrade from the original leatherman.

This leatherman is just awesome. It is sleek and light wieght. Plus, it looks really cool too. I like that it doesn't have a bunch of useless stuff on it, only the important stuff. I love it. use it all day, everyday.

"lighter, smaller, and more useful than my cell phone" 01/21/11

seriously, half the time i have no idea where my phone is, but this guy is always at my side. lightweight, durable, and just the necessities, so no crap like a corckscrew getting in the way of getting things done. The blade holds an edge nicely and is a good secondary knife when camping. bottle opener/carabiner is a nice little touch as well..
