I love my Sorel's! I wear them casually around town on colder/snowy days and into the mountains for apres and cold weather camping. This is my second pair of pack boots and these are my far more comfortable and warmer than my other pair. Didn't even need toe warmers in these. The insulated liners are great & removable which I love too.

"Waterproof, comfortable, and stylin. A great value" 12/07/12

Really..only a hundred bucks for these? What steal. These are my go to winter boots....made with waterproof material, nice leather, and a boot insert that can be washed. I am a size 10 and I got the size 9 and they are perfect. I would def. recommend these to anyone that does a lot of walking in the winter....not the best for high climbs, as they are not totally slip resistant

"My husband loves these!" 04/14/11

My husband loves these boots - waterproof, warm, and comfortable! I have a pair of Sorel's myself and wouldn't go to any other brand for warmth in northeast winters. They keep your feet dry and cozy and they hold up REALLY well.

"Great boots, may run large on you" 01/08/11

Got these for my sweetheart and he loves them. They are warm and waterproof, so he shovels the driveway a lot more frequently now (thanks Sorel!). They may run a little larger than your normal street shoe, so we ended up getting them in a size smaller, and he just wears them with liners rather than have the larger size slip around. Overall a great purchase!

"These boots are awesome" 07/01/10

While these boots may be a bit bulky, they are perfect for the Chicago winters. Rubber soul keeps feet dry, while Sherpa lining keeps the boot warm. Best boot purchase that I could have made.

"Pefect Winter Boot for the Money" 03/08/10

I actually bought them when they were about $100 and they were still a good deal at that price. I wore them when we got 2 feet of snow and not a drop of water landed inside the boot. The construction of where the tongue meets the rest of the boot keeps in the heat in and water out well. These boots are quite heavy to be walking long distances but you the positive is you can easily make a path through 2 feet of snow just by walking through it. I have no complaints about these.

"For the price you cant get much better." 01/05/10

if you like a boot with a bit of vintage flair to it then pick up these as far as style goes. I was a little worried that the product would not be what was in the picture because every other site had this shiny leather look to them. anyways, beyond the style... with a pair of comfy warm socks (smartwool rocks!) i can wear these all day. This is not a boot for hardcore outdoor stuff though. its perfect for shoveling snow, walking to the corner store, smoking a cig on the porch... the tread design clearly shows its not for anything more than that. it will keep you from slipping though!

"Absolutely a fine product!" 10/10/09

"Good Luck getting these boots from Mossejaw" 11/01/08

I ordered a pair of these boots from Moosejaw over 5 weeks ago. No boots yet. I was initially promised they would be shipped OCT 10 then OCT 20 It is now November and still no boots. It gets very cold in Canada in November. I hope Moosejaw delivers soon. If you want warm feet find another place to buy boots. If Moosejaw had told me in the first place that the boots were backordered I would have shopped elsewhere.

"Great boots, exstreemly warm!" 12/07/07

These boots are made for walkin'! Seriously, Sorel has made the best boots for cold winter nights. These would keep your feet warm even when hiking north of the arctic circle. The boots are also very comfortable to ware, and they are 100% water proof. The only thing that could be a problem is that sole is not very good on ice.

"ice cool hot footwear" 10/28/07

The boots are super fine. They are the best thing from a rainboot combined with a cool leather boot look and finished off with the fur top gives it that edge that makes you know you´re just finer than the rest.
