Native Hard Top XP Polarized Sunglasses
The Native Hard Top XP Polarized Sunglasses are incredibly athletic. These Native sunglasses have a little swagger to their step. I think Native eyewear might have given them too many bells and whistles. These Native frames feature a high tech venting system so you don’t fog up on the go and cushioned nose and brow bars to ensure they don’t slip off your face during peak performance. A Native Anti-Ocular Intrusion System will keep glass out of your eyes in the event of a high impact collision. Rhyno-Tuff technology keeps these Native sport sunglasses lightweight and durable for all your up, down, across and through the river expeditions. Over the river and through the woods to grandmothers house we go.

"Great product!!!" 10/22/11
Natives for Life! After owning these, i can't switch brands. These natives are sweet, and my girlfriend switches her Oakleys with my Natives all the time, until i snatch them back! The polarized lenses are really nice and the tints are so clean. Switching lenses sometimes is a pain as one of my lenses always tend to be difficult to get off. But overall, these frames fit well, have a comfortable material, work with running, biking, fishing, etc, and are a must have!
"The best I've ever had" 08/13/11
They really are. Every other pair of sunglasses I've owned has either been too heavy after a full day of hiking and hurt my nose, or they've pinched the side of my head too hard, rubbing behind my ears, or they're too loose and won't stay on when I'm going for a jog and all sweaty.I have none of those problems with these the hardtop XP's. They're simply the best sunglasses I've owned. Lots of glasses are too light, and I've got fairly sensitive eyes, so they don't block enough sun. I use these for everything. Camping, hiking, jogging, driving, etc.One thing I should mention... my head is shaped more narrowly, and less wide. Just a point of reference for those who haven't tried these on.
"New Style not as Comfortable as Old" 08/10/11
Had two pairs of the previous generation of these and they were the best sunglasses that me and my fiance had ever had. One pair got stolen so I got a new pair to replace them and they did not fit the same at all. They are smaller and pinched my fat head right above the ear. Also the new rubber didn't sit on my nose and the ear pads pulled my hair anytime I moved them. They were all around unpleasant which really leaves me in a bind because the last generation was so good that I don't want to buy any other brand. Now I'm stuck with no good shades.
"these didnt really work for me. but its not thier fault, i just didnt like the fit." 05/05/11
the hinge design didn't look great. it made no ultimate difference since they didnt really fit my head (too wide at the bridge for me) but my dad loses them and uses them while boat/fishing. he hasn't broken them yet but we'll give him time. they do look great and really cut glare well.
"Great Sunglasses! reasonable price for the quality you get. Look sweet" 03/23/10
I've been searching for some versatile sunglasses for a while now. The rock climbing season has just started up and i needed some sunglasses that would be durable and have a formed fit. These sunglasses look great and the fit is exactly what i was looking for. very comfortable and they actually have a slight lip on the top of the frame that covers from the lens to your eyebrows. while climbing plenty of dirt falls in my face. thanks to the tight fit of these glasses nothing gets in my eyes. Native also has great customer service. completely destroy these and you can send em in and get a brand new pair for 30-50 bucks. i would recommend these to anyone in an active sport.
"good glasses, bad stems" 11/28/09
The glasses are great for awhile until the hinges break and then they suck. The interchangeable stems are a great idea but with time it all breaks down and you just don't have the cool looking pair of shades you initially paid for.
"Great sunglasses, but the manufacturer needs to evaluate the hinge design" 08/09/09
I did a lot of research looking for the best deal out there. I narrowed it down to the Native Hartop XP. the sunglasses were exactly what i wanted, but........the area where the hinge is attached to the frame (made to be removed with a little plastic key to switch out with the sports strap arms) looks like it may be a poor design. Maybe i just got a bum pair, so i think i'll send them back and try another pair, but i really see it being a problem later on as wear and tear occur. On the positive side, they are really light and the lenses are awesome. i can wear these all day and not even realize they are there.
"TWO-THUMBS UP!" 04/27/09
These sunglasses are AWESOME! By themselves it's a great buy, but when they throw in the accessories, the status changes to EXCELLENT! These sunglasses are safety rated so I can use them at work as well. You need to buy these sunglasses...Trust Me, I'm a Firefighter!
"Only overpriced if you loose them." 02/25/09
These sunglasses are great! They are lightweight, vent well, and tough enough to survive my husky puppy chewing on them. And you can't beat Native's replacement policy! I have 2 pairs that have been sat on, stepped on, and run over by mountain bikes and snowboards, and I have never had any trouble with Native getting them fixed or replaced. The only reason I have 2 pairs is because when I do send them in for a damage claim there's about a 6 week turnaround.
"short range distortion" 10/28/08
Bought these for fly fishing and golf. Golf came first. Lightweight, comfortable, with great clarity making Fall colors here in the Northeast pop. But..... when looking down the golf ball appeared to be sitting in a moderate valley running perpendicular to the line of play. Two friends tried the glasses and saw the same thing. Back went the glasses for credit which Moosejaw handled smoothly.
"High-performance and great-looking sunglasses for the big-headed among us." 04/23/08
These glasses are a replacement for a pair of Native Nano 2 sunglasses, and they're definitely a step up. They're extremely comfortable, with a good solid fit for a person with a pretty large head I border between a large and extra large hat size. The rubberized ear and nose pieces really help! The lens quality is excellent, although the left lens has a slight imperfection only visible on close inspection which does not affect visual quality in any way. The clarity and polarization are excellent, though. Of course, they look great, too I have the Gunmetal/Silver Reflex style. Customer service has also been great when one of the earpieces began separating from the body which I believe w
"Great deal!" 04/23/08
I can wear these glasses all day long and forget that they're on my head. It's great that they included an extra pair of lenses that I can switch out whenever I feel like pretending that I got another pair of sunglasses.
