The Women's Rho LTW Bottom by Arcteryx have Fine Merino Wool fibres which supply a comfortable next to skin feel, while added lycra holds athletic shaping for prolonged performance wicking.

"So I am in love..." 06/23/10

You know how you're walking around your house in February and its colder than Russia when its not your day for heat, so you decide to put these on to stay warm? Guess what? You're gonna get hot in these babies. They. Are. That. Warm.The only bummer about them is that they are super high waisted, which is just so not the fashion these days. I imagined myself wearing these, looking super attractive, sipping a beer after a long day on the trail, laughing and stuff. The only way thats gonna happen is if I roll the waist down. Which is fine. I'll do it. Because maybe one day, my boobs will droop and they can double as a bra (hey no seams!). And I'm sure these will last that long.

In keeping with that little short review I just wrote: these are rad, if you catch my drift. Forget long underwear from other outdoorsy brands and just buy these. While I'm still unsure what to put in the pocket, I can imagine some things that would fit. Other than that, these are phenomenal. I'm 5 foot 8, about 145 pounds, and the fit of the medium was ideal.

I bought this for my wife and she used it as as a base layer in the Swiss Alps. This thing is great. She loved it. I bought also one for me. although it is made of wool, she feel it very comfortabe next to skin.

"Didn't like the fit" 02/20/08

I really liked the weight and feel of the fabric, unfortunately, these were not the right fit for me. Normally, pants that fit my legs are way too big in the waist. These were just the opposite. They were somewhat loose in the legs, but were too tight in the waist.

"Sexy Long Underwear!" 07/16/07

Awesome, cozy, warm, great fit. Wore them as pajamas in wintertime Peru, and was snug as a bug in my sleeping bag. Ordered the full set in black and my roommates called it my Catwoman Suit. lol. Sexy long underwear! I love Arcteryx, 4-ever.

I received the Arc’teryx RHO LTW bottom for my birthday. It’s not because you’re a great-grand mother of 69 that you don’t want to be sexy and hot!<BR>I’ve got some experience, so believe me, the RHO LTW is one of the best base layers you can get. It’s soft and cozy, it stretches to fit like a second skin, it keeps my old bones warm and as a bonus feature: it always smells fresh! Even after you use them as pajamas and get up early for a snowshoeing ride in the sunrise.
