Moosejaw Carabiners are not to be used for climbing, flying airplanes, eating soup, opening closets, spying on friends, or free form jazz dancing. They do make nice key chains though.

  • I don't know anyone who likes an airplane delay
  • Eating can be really cool
  • Lincoln logs or legos - the poor devil who has to make that choice everyday

Able to hold my camera and canteen outside my pack. Seems sturdy. Only downside.. I wanted a green biner... They gave me an orange and red one.. boooo!

"It's cheap, It works" 		          10/23/09
Works just fine for what it's made for. Seems like a standard key biner, fairly stylish and comes with a little key circle thingy. The moosejaw lettering does come off fairly easily, but the color should stay on. And who wouldn't want to show off with one of these suckers?

"Decent Biner" 		          10/21/09
I've used these for my keys and securing a few small things to my pack when hiking. They work fine for this purpose, but don't expect much more. The latch sometimes doesn't snap back in alignment which is the one downside to this product. But I wasn't expecting too much here.

I got one of these sent to me during the "free $100" giveaway. I'm gonna go ahead and say that you should heed the advice on the biner: "Don't use for climbing!" I mean, if you want to use it for climbing, go ahead, but don't sue me for not warning you beforehand!

and it's only second 'cause the other has been around longer. This is the sexiest way I could think of to keep my waterbottle from falling out of my Timbuk2 as I pedal to class... Truly a majestic and functional product.

Used to hang Fair Share mug from my pack duing a 3 day, 36 mile hiking trip. Kept trail munchies in the Fair Share mug during the day. The Moosejaw key biner made it easy to unclip and access the munchies constantly during the trip.
