"Great for regular yoga, not near enough absorption for HOT yoga"

Up until now I have just used a foam pad with a beach towel on top. I purchased this mat with integrated towel to make things a little easier. Well I have used it several times now during hot yoga classes (100 degrees plus) and am not overly impressed. I do sweat, a lot, and the integrated towel was just not enough to keep me from being in a wet pool on my new mat. Whats worse is that when I rolled it up and headed out I had a stream of water draining from the pad. I am a big guy in good shape but apparently I just sweat too much for this combo, never had that issue with the good old beach towel. Now all that said, I have used it in normal temp yoga and found it to be excellent!
