I do alot of day hikes, running, and mt biking and this pak is great! It holds enough water not to be to heavy for any of that! It fits my back perfect!
Been using Camelbak for over 10years and I've never had any problems. This design turned out to be too small for extra cargo once the bladder was full. So I pretty much only use it when biking because I have a small bag under my seat for essentials, keys, ID, tool kit, first aid, etc. I frequently remove the bladder and use it as a small pack for urban day trips (above essentials + camera, phone, snack, etc). If you ONLY want to carry water, this is it. If you need/want a few extra items, look for a design with pockets.

I've been using Camelbacks for years now, none of them have broken or failed. Also, the water stays well insulated. I'm very impressed with the design - very lightweight and pretty, too.
Camelbak makes the best hydration packs. The materials of this backpack will last for decades with proper use. The sleek design allows for minimal weight and the technologically advanced blatter is efficient, and never cumbersome. I love taking my camelbak hiking and i've also taken it backpacking, fishing, and even to the local theme park. The possibilities are endless. Hydration packs are much more efficient than the traditional bottle. Remember to care for your pack. If left uncleaned, stagnent water in the reservoir can casue mold over time. This can be easily evoided, however, and camelbak offers mold elimenating cleaning methods on their website in case you slip up.
I use this as my primary pack while mountain biking. It has enough space to hold a tire repair kit, small pump, and obviously some water. I don't ride without it. It's very low profile and you hardly know that it's on your back while riding!
I absolutely love this pack. It is small enough to take it anywhere. I have used it for hiking, hunting, camping, a trip to Disneyland and many other crazy adventures. I love the little storage compartment. It hold my keys, gum, candy, cell phone and lots of little extras. I plan on buying a couple more of these packs for the next family adventure we go on. My kids need to have their own pack so they will leave mine alone. My husband has a camelbak from about 12 years ago and it is still doing great. I would day this pack would compare to the pack he has had forever. What are you waiting for? Just buy this Camelbak. You won't be sorry

I work in the field a lot and am constantly on the move and when I'm not moving I'm probably setting up or tearing down muddy equipment, so having this with me and being able to take drinks as I need them without having to clean off my hands or worry about getting chemicals or whatnot on my water bottle is awesome. Also great for light day hikes in the summer. Throw a few granola bars in there, your keys and bungee on a rain coat (I live in the upper midwest, it's going to rain at some point during the day). Holds up great, comfortable on my back and the red is really snazzy looking.
The concrete crew is worked on used these things. Its a real life saver to be able to drink without stopping the work. Plus great for any hiking/biking trips.
Great product at a great price. I use my Camebak for running and mountain biking. It is light weight without a ton or extra straps to get in the way. It has one small pocket on the back. Large enough for a key, but not much more. Don't expect to carry a ton of gear.
I bought this pack for trail running. Simple design without a lot of bulk. Solid product which can withstand a lot of abuse. I own several models of CamelBaks and I have never been let down. Don't waste your time with some junk retail store knockoff. Buy quality and that is what you will get.
