CUSTOMER FEEDBACK from Brie (2/15/10): Hello, I just wanted to say I had a great experience shopping at moosejaw. First of all, I love the way you guys answer the phone. But anyways, when I went into the store there were two guys working and they immediately asked me if I needed help. Of course I needed help, I was climbing a freaking mountain and I needed lots of gear. I told them all about my trip and they pulled out everything I needed. They assembled different items for me and took things out of the package to show me how to use them. They made sure everything was the right size and suggested little last minute things I might have forgotten. They were very knowledgeable about everything, which was of huge help.
