The Sphynx Pack by Black Diamond can be stuffed to the gills for full days or overnight stays. Definitely not an overbuilt tank, the Sphynx's streamlined mix of technical features includes a removable Alpine-Lite aluminum stay, removable high-density foam framesheet and a thermo-molded back panel. On the outside it has ice tool PickPockets, removable crampon straps, ski holsters and a tuck-away mesh helmet holder. Built from tough 420d nylon Dot by Twill fabric, you can drag the Sphynx into the mountains year-round. Both the shoulder straps and the removable waistbelt offer generous padding with 10 mm foam for supreme comfort and carrying control under heavy loads.
