I had to swap out a BOB stroller recently and Matt was tremendously helpful. He even waited for me on main street and loaded the stroller into my vehicle on a frigid day! The A2 crew made the swap easy and even entertained us while we waited for the computer to cooperate. We are die hard moosejaw fans!
